Save time or surprise that special someone with our balloon delivery service. We'll deliver to your party, photoshoot, your friends, and anywhere else you want to send joy!

 Here are steps on how to book your first delivery:

  1. Choose the balloons you would like to send here and add them to your cart.
  2. Go into your cart, click on local delivery at the bottom of the page and enter the zip code where the balloons are heading. 
  3. Choose the date and time you want us to deliver.
  4. Write a special message (“Couldn't be there to wish you Happy Birthday, hope these balloons will make your day!")
  5. Tell us the address of the lucky recipient (restaurant? office? hotel? residence?)

Delivery information:

Delivery orders: Balloon deliveries can only be placed online or in-store. Online orders are ready-to-go bouquets. Orders placed over the phone aren't possible due to our wide variety of balloons. For more personalized options, you can go to a store near you. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. 

    Delivery minimum order: You need a minimum order of 50$ depending on location.

    Delivery cost: Our delivery starts at 25$ depending on the order size and location. 

    Delivery area: We deliver all around Montreal. To know if your address is eligible for delivery, enter your postal code your cart page. 

    Delivery date: We deliver Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm. Availability will be shown on your cart page when placing your order.

    Delivery lead time: During your checkout process, you will be able to select a 1 hour window for delivery. Please note that all delivery orders made online must be placed 48 hours in advance. 

    Delivery modifications: We only accept modification for the address, date and hours if we didn't deliver your order yet. We can't change the date or your delivery the day you've scheduled. Balloons will already be inflated and once inflated its non-refundable.

    Delivery cancellation: Delivery orders can be canceled at the latest, 48 hours before your event date. 

    Delivery on Saturday & Sunday to businesses: Some businesses do not accept delivery on a Saturday or Sunday - this could include hospitals, hotels, and offices- as they have a 'mail retention order' in place. If you want to send balloons to a business on a Saturday or Sunday, we would advise that you check with the concerned business first.

    Home Deliveries: We attempt to call the home and arrange a delivery time to make sure someone will be home to accept the delivery. If there is no answer, we will leave a message for the recipient to call our store for a scheduled delivery time.

    School delivery: We need permission!
    We welcome school deliveries if the school permits balloons to be delivered. Schools that permit balloon deliveries require that the balloons be held at the front office. Delivering to students in class is not permitted. Before placing your order, please contact the school and ensure that the order will be accepted by the front office. It is also important to confirm that the office will accept responsibility for advising the student that balloons are waiting for them at the front office.

    Hotel delivery: For security reasons, we are unable to deliver balloons directly to the room of a guest. All hotel deliveries for guests are left with the concierge or the front desk. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the hotel and ensure that their order is delivered to the guest by the hotel. Once the balloons have been delivered to the hotel, Party Expert considers the delivery successfully completed.

    Hospital delivery: Latex balloons are not allowed for patient deliveries at many hospitals due to latex allergies. We suggest foil balloons for all hospital balloon bouquets. Please be aware, some hospital only accept visit/delivery at a certain time.

    It is our policy for you to contact the hospital to see if the patient is still hospitalized on the day of delivery. If a delivery is made and the patient has gone home, we have 2 options:

    1. Redeliver for an additional delivery fee

    OR

    2. The bouquet can be picked up at our store. If the bouquet cannot be redelivered and the order is canceled, there is no refund.

    Incorrect address delivery: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $20 address correction fee. Balloon Expert is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

    Anonymous delivery: We do not allow anonymous deliveries. Drivers are required to advise the recipient who sent the order being delivered. Details of pricing will not be released.

    Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

    Severe weather day of delivery: Balloon Expert is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling or cancellation and refund.
